Hi Butterfly! If I were you, I'd start at Ptree's post here: //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=5&i=1120 then click on 'show all of Ptree's posts'. She is very knowledgeable about colon cleansing and constipation. You'll probably have many of your questions answered by following her threads.

I have also heard that massaging you abdomen with olive oil before bedtime helps with constipation:

"Massage with olive oil should follow the course of the stomach to the duodenum, past the Peyer's patches to the jejunum and ileum, and then across to the caecum, up over the ascending, transverse and descending colon, for as long as the body will absorb the olive oil."

No, I don't think that Bentonite helps with constipation.
