agreed.

he is not within the law in two areas. 1. selling a product for consumption without disclosing ingredients. 2. using doctor infront of his name. unless he has the university education, degree, licensure and membership within the professional association, it actually is illegal to call yourself doctor, or infer doctural status in any way. even for other doctorate degrees (like phd's), they must list the accrediation as well, so not to be misrepresenting. he's presenting himself as an authority by claiming the title doctor. and referencing himself as a herbal physician. it is highly misleading.

besides that it's illegal, it's a danger to people. particularily those ill and desparate to get well, they are very vulnerable to being taken advantage of. of course it isn't curezones job to try to protect everyone, we all make our own choices...however when people are misrepresenting, they are in breach of curezone rules as well. my impression from what I've read of charlie's posts is mainly an agenda to sell his (unlabelled) tonics as the cure for everything while claiming a long history of clinical practice (unsubstantiated) and representing himself as an authority by using titles of doctor and physcian (illegally). to me, this is all fraudulent.
