Ok so are you saying that using the Fleet enema is useless? Since I don't have wheatgrass, can I empty it and just use water?

I do use laxative tea (Yogi's get regular) at night. I sometimes use Oxypowder instead of the tea. But in the late afternoon/evening, I am still having some bms with weird stuff coming out. I'm straining my juices so it's not even pulp. It's like pieces of mucoid plaque. It'll come out in the morning anyway I just figure it's better to get it out sooner if I can.
