Teenabee! Thanks for your response! Isn't it great that we can still eat good food, take the shakes and pass so much yucky stuff? I am so happy about that because I didn't want to fast for too long and I was a little sad afterward thinking that there was so much more to come out! I find drinking fluids really curbs my appetite too, good for between meals.

I used to drink a lot of water WITH my meals, but I am trying to stop that habit and my digestion is way better, smoother. I hope your energy level is as high as mine is! Congratulations on your success and I look forward to seeing more postings from you in the future!!!!
