I agree - I was using aged for ages but the odor is a problem and some places actually say using the aged is a mistake you should use fresh. So now I use rather fresh although I do still collect it. I make sure it's no more than a day old. I think the ammonia that develops in it after a day or so is what causes the smell and could be a problem for those with sensitive skin.
