Greetings all,

I tried The Master Cleanse but found it made me feel ill within an hour of ingesting. I think I may be allergic to the cayenne (lemon juice and maple syrup have never been a problem). Could the negative reaction (sick to stomach, overall down feeling) be a normal cleansing reaction? If I am indeed allergic, is there an acceptable cayenne substitute? Thanks
