I apologize for lurking and butting in, but I just want to thank you for that great sounding recipe. I just jotted it down, and when I'm thru with my Master Cleanse, I'm certainly try it. Question for you - how long will opened coconut milk stay fresh in the fridge?

I'm on Day 10 of the Master-Cleanse and think that I'll continue until my body says - ENOUGH! I won't go more than 20 days though. I've spent several nights poring over recipe books - I can't wait until I can prepare healthy filling meals!
