Hi Archus,

Thanks, and yes I am on about 90% raw food because the fasts made me like healthy food again. And I will continue with them after the fast, and yes, I lose weight even between fasts, slowly.


Oh and by the way all, my stomach did not stick out that far, remember the weight was all round my waist, but the pic does show just how much I have lost
