Hi, I posted while I was on the Ultimate fast for 6days. I had great results and I want to do it again!
In the meantime though, I've continued to take Bentonite and psyllium and last week I started taking a parasite tincture and other parasite herbs as well. I have not seen any sign of parasites yet, nor did I see any during my fast, but I am still having amazing results with the B&P and now I think the other herbs are helping too.

Well, a few days ago, I felt a little crampy in my gut, not too bad, just a little feeling, then I passed another really long BIG mucoid rope! Over a week after my fasting! I also passed a very strange looking thing... more plaque? Well it was hard and rubbery like the others, but it was grey and smooth and looked just like entrails! I think it had a coating of the clay over it, I disturbed it to feel its texture, (wih a stick) and within the crevices/pockets, were smooth , kidney shaped masses that floated up to the top! They were as hard as rocks! Dark gray, about the size of fava beans, the hardest things I've felt yet! And the strangest. They were enveloped within the other weird stool, I think three in all, smooth... I think that it was plaque, really old plaque maybe that was lodged into pockets of my intestines and they were loosened and pulled out by all the clay?

I know this is long, but I really wanted to share this, because I am amazed that this is still coming, I was worried that there was so much left inside me and I had to stop my fast after only 6 days, but I am still getting results!
So I really hope others continue with the shakes, because I have and I am totally amazed with it!

And my energy level is soaring!!! And I truly appreciate the fantastic response I've had back from my postings!
