That is an awesome picture. When you show it like that we can tell how much you have lost. Have you tried to be on raw foods? I am on 90% raw foods and walking, which was the best way for me to loose weight. I am also focusing better and much more calmer.

Thank you for sharing your experience, it is very inspiring.
