yeah i have to agree im feeling much better not eating meat everyday my acid levels were low so im taking hcl now allowed some fruit less meat i dont know how people on here can say eat veg and meat and buckwheat and your start feeling better because i am allergic to buckwheat and senstive to meat because i was eating it everyday i think people are better off finding a good nutropthic doctor and not following everyones advice on here as everyones different
