why is distilled water good to drink?
How much distilled should we have a day? The whole 8- 10 glasses a day of that?
Please tell me how you do that as restaurants and work places don't carry distilled?

IS it ok to drink from the faucet? I work in an old building (i am sure the pipes are old) so I buy the bottled water from the pop machine)
