Dont conver to these stupid diets that half preach here, everyone is totally different.

Most are protein malnourished even though there taking masses of protein in, you need to up the stomach acid to relieve the burden of the liver and kidneys so they start functioning optimally.

Try betaine HCL and if you dont get heart burn and other symptoms its likely you have little stomach acid.
