I'm looking into getting some probiotics. I can't stand the yoghurt kind, though.
Heard good things about something called Vitabiosa.

Is this like vitamin C? Do you need to take it many hours apart from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?
When do you take your yoghurt?
