Wow! I'm glad I read your post scj! That is an important piece of information...Both you and Ptree have inspired me to keep taking those shakes! I'm curious, though...I eat fairly well (I don't eat junk, but I eat cheese and pasta a bit)... did you both eat super fantastically well...or just 'normally' for that long 6 month cleanse? I know it would work best if I ate non-mucoid forming foods, but I'd like to know how strict you two were on this cleanse...
