I was kidding...you really like it that much...LOL! I don't know...nobody has ever asked if they could take MORE! Maybe you can set some sort of record...LOL!

Seriously, if your awake time is about 16 hours a day that's about 1 shake every 3 hours...I don't think I'd push it anymore than that. But the most important thing is that you watch how your body responds and honor what it needs. : )
