Sounds like you had a similar experience to mine when I did my first colon cleanse. I think I had been on it for about 2 months and was just about ready to throw in the towel...assuming that I must be pretty 'clean'. Boy, was I ever wrong! One day the flood gates opened and I couldn't believe how much plaque I passed over the next 4 months! As long as you're not experiencing any backing up you might want to increase the number of shakes to get even more out and faster. I was taking 5 a day when I started passing all that gunk!
