Hi James,

Save the probiotics until you've ended the colon cleanse. My guess is you've stirred up a bunch of toxins that are trying to get out anyway they can. Skin erruptions are common on any sort of cleanse. You're right about the cleanse clearing out some of the bacteria, but the duration that you have been on the cleanse would unlikely account for the changes in your skin.
