I just wanted to share some info on my Colon Cleanse that
might be of some encouragement to others out there.

This is my first Colon Cleanse and I started Sept. 1. I have been faithfully drinking the p/b shakes 3X daily and
I thought I was heading down the home stretch (I hadn't really passed any mucoid plaque for awhile) when all of a sudden this passed Sunday Dec. 8th, I started passing plaque
as though I had just started the cleanse last week. I knew
that my colon was in bad shape and that is why I have kept the cleansing going this long, but I never suspected that
I would continue to get out plaque this far into it. I am very happy now that I have continued and will keep going until the 6 month mark that PTree and others have mentioned.

I love this site and have used and shared so much of the info found here. Thanks a million!!
