Ptree I wrote this massage at other pages but I thought copying it up here may make it easier for you.

My studies was a major stress factor, thank goodness the stressful part is over now.

I was eating rolled oats for breakfasts, wedges and one coffee for lunches, and meat of any sort for dinners when I noticed my major constipation started.

At the begining of the year, I was eating lots of instant noodles and instant pasta, and lots of meat at dinner as the host I stayed with likes meat for dinner. The instant food was a cheap and easy option for lunch when studying in campus.

I've read most of your posts to others, faithfully, and yes I have read about the causes of constipation. Thus, I would atribute stress, un healthy Diet (changed in diet - I naturally eat more vegetable than meat) and insufficient pure water to the causes of my constipation. I'm not sure if lacked of healthy baterials in my colon could be another reasons since they could be slaughtered by the major constipation...and the enema I'm adminstering daily.

But although I've changed my diet and drinking lots of water, and juices, constipation persisted.

Oh when I say constipation, I mean no BM at all although i could feel the waste buidling up in the colon. I don't have any urge to go toilet. This is the problem. No urge no elimination. No bleeding now that I'm using enema instead of forcing it out.

The discharge from enema are usually pellet like. I can't understand why now that I"m drinking water. 60oz each day.

Ptree, thank you for your sincere concern and willing to help. You know you have done a lot for many of us. I pray for God's riches blessing be upon you.

Summer
P/S: should I be using probiotics since I've been doing enema for the last month, daily. Also I constantly find undigested food (leafy vegetable, sesamee seeds etc among the discharged waste. Should I consider digestive enzymes?
