I've been doing enema once daily for the last few weeks to clear the colon, using filtered water (reverse osmosis). I used 4 litres of water each time, i,e. filling the bag twice.

I tried B&P with lots of water but was still constipated. So I've stopped that for the moment until I get a better BM.

So far I have only one natural bm on last Sunday (I was VERY happy...but it didn't come again).

This health crisis started in July this year when I was constipated for 8 whole weeks. I think I must have hurt my colon due to forcing the feces to exit. Every toilet visit was "bloody" and painful and exhausting!!

I discovered MC, which was the mean where I found relief. I did that for 10 days and was feeling SOOO GOOD. But, once I stopped fasting and started eating again, constipation revisits me. For an extended period after that, i was depending on saltflush to move things.

Then, I used Dr Schulze's IF#1, and have to take up to 12 capsules to visit the loo. I have had hundreds of those capsules but as soon as I stopped taking it, no bm. I'm not comfortable relying on capsules to help me move the bowel.

Visited a colonic hydrotheraphist once when I was fasting, but couldn't afford to visit again as it costs $90 each visit. Didn't get much out than.

Now, enema is the mean where I get things clear out.

Juicing seems good to me, but it's so time consumming and after doing it for a few days, I couldn't keep up with it. I want to do the Master-Cleanse fast again but I'm concern that the saltwater flush will make my colon sluggish *sigh*

What should I do? I'm feeling really discourage at the moment, and to the point of being upset with God for allowing this to happen to me. Although I could have been the person bring this upon myself. I have had problems with constipation since childhood, but never have it this bad. Turning 32 this coming January.
