Hi Westley,
I live in New Zealand so I bought the hand-held massager locally here from a company in Auckland, although it is made in China. The massager says CellStar on it, but the manual says Energy King. I'm sure you will find a similar product over there, but here is their website so you can take a look at it:

It plugs into the wall socket, and it is 18 watts. It has 3 different attachments, and two pounding strengths. I found the low strenth was enough for me, so it is quite powerful. I'm sure you will find something similar in the U.S. though. Before I bought it I looked at some on

where you can check out reviews from purchasers. I think the single head type is best. I don't think the double head or quad head types would be as suitable because you wouldn't be able to pin-point exactly where to massage as accurately. I used it directly under the right ribcage which seemed to be the right area for massaging the gallbladder area. Just a few minutes per session was enough. I also used it on my back because I had an itchy area on my back which I think was bile salts that had been dumped there.
