ok, on the enemas it says use 2 quarts liquid hold in till gurgle sound or 15 min. rotating sides right? if after the 1st 2 quart enema and i dont hear the gurgle, do i then do another 2 quart enema? and keep going with 2 quarts at a time till i gurgle?
on the b&p shakes it says to use 1 tbs bent and 1 tsp psyllium husk powder, BUT i bought psyllium seed 630mg per capsule, should i break those open to add to shake?? if so, how many in one shake??
