I had no idea that I should do that to this clay! OMG I have been measuring out half a teaspoon into a bottle, adding the psyllim, filling the small bottle about half way full, shaking it up and drinking it. By now I could probably start a pottery factory in my intestines. *LOL* I will hydrate the thing in the morning before I make my next shake. Thank you so very much for this valuable information. I guess it is ok to hydrate a cup or so at once? Do you have to keep your hydrated clay in a refrigerator? It did not say anything about doing that. I would think it could spoil? Then again, it is pure, maybe it won't spoil?
