That is just way too cool! Do you have pictures? I want some ropes too. I started having two shakes today. I think I will see how that goes and then increase in a few days. I am drinking water, water and more water. I read some where in these forums that our bodies can only use about four ounces at a time. I guess that is why I run to the bathroom so often. I chug the water too fast. I need more hours in one day to get all the water down!
