Thanks for your post. I have whole husk psyllium and am using a Tablespoon of that in each shake. I have powdered Bentonite and am using half a teaspoon in each shake. Can I increase the powdered Bentonite to a teaspoon? *LOL* The more I read the more confused I get! HELPPPPPP !!!
