Yep, a colonic should do the trick! My guess is that one shake a day while on a fast isn't enough to really stimulate the digestive system...especially since you went for 5 days with no solids. If you're going to continue on the Master-Cleanse try increasing your number of shakes to 2-3 and get a colonic, too. If you are going to break the fast soon, stick with 1 shake a day, have the colonic and wait until you've started having regular eliminations after you begin eating to increase the number of daily shakes.
