Hi LivingBlessed & Mouseclick,
Rebound exercise is the only "cellular exercise" in existence, in that it is the ONLY form of exercise that will exercise every single cell in your body, by utilising the forces of gravity: acceleration & deceleration. It profoundly & beneficially modifies our tissues, including skin tissue. No other exercise comes close, and is even recommended by NASA in the training of their Astronauts as being 70% more efficient than jogging.
Mini-trampolines are the way to go here.
I don't think that stomach cramps are anything to be unduly concerned about except for the temporary discomfort that they may cause.....................
"Functional irregularities in the stomach and intestine may cause pain because of increased peristaltic contractions that often exist in these. Marked visceroptosis, with sharp angulations, may increase the internal tension and cause discomfort or pain.
Increased peristaltic activity of the stomach walls, due to "nervousness," may also result in discomfort that is mistaken for "gas pains." Increased tension may occur in any section of the tube and thus pain or discomfort may be either general over the abdomen or may be more or less localized."..........

Yes. Thank you very much Mouseclick for sharing your experiences with fasting; but what may be of interest to you both, is the addition of extra Vitamin C or Ascorbate to your diets to the levels recommended by Linus Pauling and Dr Matthius Rath and other Nutritionists, from the paltry RDA of 75mg per day, to the more realistic 4000 to 6000mg per day.
Ascorbate is needed by the body to produce "collagen", in other words your skin, and what I omitted to mention in my last post is that I do also take (along with some other supplements) is 4000mg of Ascorbate per day. Probably another & main reason why I do not have sagging skin at the tenderly young age of 55.
Warm Regards
Chrisb1.
