Hi there. I hope that PTree and others will respond to this. I'm on day 8 of Master-Cleanse and had one P&B shake on day 6 and another one on day 7. Yesterday, on day 7, with much effort I had a small BM but since then nothing. When I was doing the Master-Cleanse on its own, I was just passing sludge and mucous.

Now I'm really disappointed that I'm nearing the end of the 10 days and I haven't really passed much of anything. I'd like to be able to increase the P&B so that I clean myself out, but I fear that I'm all clogged up. Any ideas of what I can do to move things along? I'm drinking plenty of water, peppermint tea, and lemonade.

Also, I visited a center near me that performs colonics. I wonder if that would help, at least get the P&B that is still in me, out of me!
