Hi Chris and Mouseclick,
Wow Chris, thank you for the info and the "you are 53 years young" I must say that I still feel like I'm in my 30's so I agree with you. I'm glad you don't have loose skin. Is the rebound thing the mini trampoline? I guess I didn't realize it would help so much, do you prefer that over walking or most other exercise? Isn't that the thing you kind of run in place on? If you think it would help I'll get one and start now.
I started my fast last week and lasted only two days because on day two I got terrible twisting stomach cramps and couldn't find any posting about that as a detox symptom and didn't get an answer to my post about it so I was really scared and broke the fast with fruit. I was also getting sick to my stomach like I was going to throw up but I found posts saying that was normal. Andrew has since told me that "The cramping isn't a usual symptom but if brought on by the fast and not triggered by something else coincidental to the fast I'd say it is 'normal' for your fast. It is past my experience though so my best advice would be to try and get the advice of an experienced fasting supervisor on the matter." I can't think of anything else it would have been brought on by because I'm healthy so I guess it was from the fast. I don't live near any fasting supervisor so I'm going to start again tomorrow and hope that doesn't happen again.
Mouseclick, thank you for all your insight and your journey of fasting, I'm going to read it all as I'm sure it will be of help to me. I'm also glad you don't have any loose skin and I hope you don't get any. I suppose the heavier a person is the more likely it is for loose skin, but fating must help that. I don't have a whole lot to lose maybe 30 or so pounds. Good luck with your new fast, please keep us up to date, I'll be watching and eager to hear.
Thanks again to you both.
