Hi Blueduck,

Just to make sure...are you using whole husk psyllium? or powder? You may have the measures mixed up. Standard mix for a shake is 1 tablespoon Bentonite + 1 teaspoon psyllium...unless you're using whole husk which takes 1 tablespoon. No harm in using less bentonite...but I'd hate to see you get clogged up with too much fiber! ; )
