J, that was the point of my doing the blogging......

Many may not be so use to talking about BMs but after 2 1/2 yrs on liver support forum, I find that I can talk BMs even eye-to-eye and treat it like what it is ... a suppose to be normal body function.  Color and texture are no more to me than talking about buttpee or what other boogers I've seen in my toilet!

Details ... newbies need details.
