GURL!!  I've eaten THREE hamburgers this week and french fries.  I haven't had 3 hamburgers in one week since before 1995!  But BMs are improving phemominally.

I have no intention of using liver tonic as an excuse to go back to a SAD diet!  BUT I do usually follow my cravings.  This doesn't feel like candida cravings or anything of that nature.
