Hoping PTree or others can answer this. Is there a massage I can do on myself that will get things moving in my intestines and colon? I remember reading somewhere that one should only rub in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction; but I don't remember which. (Also, when you are massaging yourself, how do you know which is clockwise and which is counter clockwise?)
