Thankyou for your replies. Great to read others experiences and have professional advice. This forum is just a wealth of information of the sort that is hard to come by.

I am wondering if a little extra psyllium seed added to the Formula #2 would be as good as Bentonite + Psyllium.

I will go ahead and try Dr Shulze's formula as I only have the starter pack, in the meantime I will try to find the Bentonite and Psyllium. I definately wont be taking the Formula #2 5 times a day, unless I sit at home and do nothing but.
