also, if he DID mean it this way, he was being sarcastic. Judging by the emails I've received from him, that doesnt surprise me. I find it hard to believe that he didnt know what the point was. Of which I happen to disagree with him completely anyway. I dont think the sodium chlorite is done 'cooking' after the 3 minutes, I think the initial acidification is only the beginning, like a primer. I feel if the solution hits more acid, than more chlorine dioxide will be produced. 1%?? I think its higher than that.
