I have to disagree a bit with the cravings thing. Years ago when my candida was a lot less severe, I did a year long candida diet, never cheated, etc., and not once did my cravings go away. It may happen for some, but for some people I just think it never happens. It's just like how they say being a vegetarian is so much healthier for you. Well for me, I actually feel very sick if I don't eat meat. I think it just depends on the individual. But glad it works for you.
