As long as you are seeing improvements in your eliminations it is okay to increase the doses. As for hubby...see my other post to you above. Anytime constipation is experienced when on the cleanse there are three things one should do:

- increase water intake
- take an enema or colonic
- cut back on the p&b

You definitely don't want to do a p&b Colon Cleanse if your bowels aren't moving regularly...the toxic material released in the intestines is not exiting the body and you can feel really crummy as a result!
