You sound like me. 30 LBB and not much luck. Im on day 7. I did run into nerve pain and constipation after a few days. But Charlie said I had a colon blockage, so I took the aloe ferox he sent that night, and it cleared up the blockage because everything is moving now for the first time in years ! And I am able to get out of bed so easily now. AND today was the first weekend day where I didnt have to take a napp to get through the day. Im not 100% yet, but wow, 7 days and Ive noticed a good improvement. That's awesome progress.
