I received liver tonic yesterday and took 1 dose at nighttime. I am suffering with severe constipation and insomnia. I've tried everything : probiotics, 13 liver flushes, LBB, etc. I had some days then I took 30 LBB and they did not work. I would end up using enema. Yesterday, after taking 1st dose I had very good sleep and today around noon I had first BM. I know it is not a lot, but compared to before I am already seeing results. I know Charlie is out of town and I can not talk to him, but I will talk to him on Monday. If somebody has severe constipation I would strongly recommend to use the liver tonic. I will keep you posted.
