Thanks. I'm impatient and after a short search I see a few things mentioning a "P&B shake" and use of psyllium and bentonite, but can you help me cut to the chase and tell me how to use it? Where do I find a recipe, and a "prescription" for when to use, how often, what time of day is best, etc.?
