hello everybody.. i recently picked up a bottle of sonne's Bentonite clay, the bottle says to use it twice daily.. but i was wondering what you experts would reccomend. i started at one tbsp twice daily, morning with warmwater, and night (just before bed) undiluted.. and eventually increased to 4 doeses a day.. i also take 'colen green' pills twice daily which contain 2490mg's of psyllium seed husk powder. the reason i went with colen green over pure psyllium was because it contains acidophilus, which i belive is being soaked up by the clay... also is using the clay alone worhtless? i notice that most of you guys use it along with the psyillum...well how does my routine look? what could i do to improve my cleansing.. thanks! -james
