If your bowels are moving regularly when using the p&b there is no need to take the salt water flushes or laxative teas...in fact, they may be counterproductive to the cleanse since these will rapidly expel the p&b through the intestines and not give it sufficient opportunity to absorb toxins and sweep the intestines.

When the time comes, if you need info about enemas or colonics feel free to ask and I will provide it for you.
