I did a liver flush/mini flush and was VERY poorly. My liver was too weak to take all that oil that they recommend. It set me back weeks and made all my eyes go yellow. I was very scared. I also have a friend I met on Curezone - she also did a Liver Flush and got very sick. I do better on supplements - but even then I take it steady (like one capsule a day).
