Hi Bloadedmostofthetime. Have you considered using a supplement formulated for liver detoxification? My blood tests showed high liver enzymes and after taking a supplement for my liver they came back down to within the normal range and I had a huge improvment in some of my symptoms. juicing carots and beetroots wouldnt have been enough to support my liver (I did try) but I needed much more. I took LIvetone Plus by Dr Sandra Cabot, also Liver Support by Nutri and sometimes (a bit weaker) Hepaguard Forte by BioCare plus Milk Thistle.
