I've gone on candida diets and took just about every natural antifungal and expensive probiotic I've read about on here, and I've taken liver detoxifying herbs (never done a flush), and I've never felt an improvement from any of it. The holistic doctor I saw didn't think it was a yeast problem but didn't have any other ideas. I still think I have a yeast problem, but no candida protocol has ever helped and no topical antifungal has ever made a difference to my skin. I've been taking chlorella cause I read that can help with heavy metals but so far no improvement.
