I've been doing so much reading on these Boards that I can't remember where I read certain pieces of information. So, please forgive me if I ask a question that has recently been answered elsewhere.

Am I correct that when doing P&B along with the MC, I should not be doing an internal salt water wash in the morning? What about taking a laxative tea in the evening and morning? I took my first glass of P&B this afternoon and tomorrow (day 7) I'll try to take two glasses of P&B.

I am very ignorant about enemas or colonics so if I need to use an enema to get my bowels moving, I hope that someone can direct me to a good website or message in this forum.
