Which fast uses psyllium and bentonite, or rather which fast which uses them works best in your opinion? One problem I have is that I live in Japan and I'm not sure how readily available any product I would use for a cleanse will be but it is something I would like to do. Already I've adjusted my diet, making my own lunches cutting out store bought food and increasing fresh vegetables, to make it easier for my body when I do start a fast. I was hoping to do a fast for the last two weeks of the year then come off from it on New Years Day. Then, late January I was hoping to try the Liver Flush.

Anyway, any advice you could give me would be appreciated.
