Hey PTree!!!

ANY suggestions on how long to Do te Ultimate Fast??? I mena how much mucoid plaque should I be Expecting to eliminate??? I am currently on day Five and Elimination a good deal of mucoid plaque--it is not Rubbery...but it does Stay Together and Braid, etc...often more Plant like than anything, but that was probably due to that Cascara Sagrada I no longer take at night...
But should be Waiting and Expecting The hard rubbery stuff ??? My basic Diet is breads and cheeses and pizza and cold pasta with salmon and chili beans...I also like to bake banana breads and granola cereal varieties of this--I like using the Raisin Bran Crunch and Oatmeal in my Breads...I try to maintain under 120 pounds...prefer under 115...Don't like to eat meat although I used to Love hotdogs (good ones like Nathan's and Sabrett's and Boar's Head...)I like Good coffee with cream (which by the way I AM Missing!!!) a couple cups a day...
