Hi - I am on day 6 of Master-Cleanse and just bought some liquid Bentonite and whole husk psyllium to see if this will help me to eliminate more toxins from my body. I would like some clarification, however.

Is this the Ultimate Fast that everyone is referring to?

Does to P&B remove parasites or just the mucoid plaque?

Can I continue to do the P&B after I resume a healthy vegan diet next week?

Will the P&B cause me to become constipated or have great urgency to get to the bathroom? Could I incorporate the P&B into a typical workday or would I be tied to the bathroom and have intestinal cramping?
